Job summary

PT Netciti Persada is seeking a presales professional to design and present enterprise and wholesale solutions for ISP customers. You will translate complex technical details into compelling business value, engage in technical discussions, and align offerings with SLA and standards.

Roles involve developing new products for enterprise use and collaborating with sales to win opportunities, based in Indonesia with direct local support and FTTH-focused services.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as Presales in ISP or System Integrator.
• Strong understanding of peering, content, and connectivity.
• Ability to translate technical solutions into business value for customers.
• Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Create solutions based on customer pain points (Enterprise & Wholesale).
• Combine multiple solutions to fulfill customer needs (Enterprise & Wholesale).
• Develop new products and solutions for Enterprise & Wholesale customers.
