Job summary

PT Netciti Persada is seeking a Field Support to install, configure, and maintain internet services in the Sidoarjo area. You will work closely with the NOC and Technical Support teams to ensure reliable field service and quick issue resolution.

The role requires a Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree in Computer or Telecommunication Engineering, basic networking knowledge, and willingness to travel and be placed in Sidoarjo. Strong communication and safety compliance are essential.

Qualifications

• Able to install and troubleshoot network equipment.
