Job summary

PT Multipolar Technology Tbk is seeking an experienced Presales/Solution Architect to drive tender responses and solution design in Indonesia. You will coordinate RFIs/RFPs, craft BOQs and costing, and provide first-level technical support to clients.

Collaboration with account managers is essential to meet client needs. Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in presales or post-sales network engineering with FSI experience and certifications such as CCNP, HCIA/HCIP, or ACNP.

Qualifications

• Experience as Presales or Solution Architect in network solutions for FSI (banking, insurance, fintech).
• Proven ability to develop proposals and deliver technical presentations.
• Certifications such as CCNP/HCIA/HCIP/ACNP are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation, coordination, and timely submission of RFIs and RFPs for tenders, ensuring compliance with client requirements.
• Create BOQ, Internal Costing, and Solution Documents; High-Level and Low-Level Design are optional but advantageous.
• Provide first-level technical support to clients, handling inquiries and ensuring smooth customer experience.

• Lead the preparation, coordination, and timely submission of Requests for Information (RFI) and Requests for Proposals (RFP) for tenders, ensuring compliance with client requirements.
• Create comprehensive Bill of Quantities (BOQ), Internal Costing, and Solution Documents. High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD) are optional but advantageous.
• Provide first-level technical support to clients, addressing inquiries and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
• Collaborate closely with account managers to assist and support their requests, ensuring that client needs are met efficiently.

Requirements

• Minimal 1-3 years of experience as a Presales or Solution Architect, or a background as a Postsales Network Engineer.
• Experience in delivering network solutions for the Financial Services Industry (FSI), including banking, insurance, and fintech, is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge and expertise in Cisco, Huawei, or Aruba technologies for Enterprise Networking (Routing & Switching, Wireless, SD-Access, SD-WAN) and Data Center Networking (including SD-DC).
• Possesses relevant technical certifications such as Cisco CCNP, Huawei HCIA/HCIP, or Aruba ACNP.
• Demonstrates core Presales competencies including proposal development, technical presentations, solution demonstrations, and effective collaboration with sales, product, and delivery teams.
• Willing to be placed in Jakarta / Tangerang.
