Job summary

Lintasarta in Indonesia is seeking a detail-oriented Presales Administrator to support our Presales team and ensure smooth, compliant presales operations. You will monitor activities, assist with tender processes, and manage technical documents and templates.

The role involves coordinating approvals, tracking deadlines, and reviewing proposals for accuracy and compliance under an initial 3‑month contract, with potential extension based on performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Telecom, Business, or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in Presales, Bid Support, Sales Operations, or related roles.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with project tracking or e-procurement tools.
• Strong attention to detail, communication, coordination, and time management skills.
• Basic understanding of Enterprise IT, SoW, and technical documentation.
• Experience in IT/Telco/Data Center industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor presales activities, project status, and key metrics
• Support tender, RFI/RFP, and proposal preparation
• Manage technical documents, portfolios, CVs, certifications, and proposal templates
• Coordinate PSA/PCA approvals and sourcing processes
• Track deadlines and ensure all required documents are completed on time
• Review proposals for accuracy, formatting, completeness, and compliance
