Job summary

PT Alfa Siber Teknologi in Jakarta Pusat is seeking a proactive Sales Administrator to support the Sales team from initiation to completion. You will manage project documents and coordinate with internal teams and customers to ensure smooth execution.

You will prepare proposals, quotations, POs, invoices, and other supporting documents, monitor status, and keep data up to date. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential in a fast-paced tech environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• 1 year of experience in Sales Admin, Sales Support, or similar role.
• Experience in IT/cybersecurity or tech environment is a plus.
• Strong administrative, coordination, and follow-up skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel emphasized).
• Detail-oriented, organized, able to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently or in a team.
• Good command of English (written and spoken) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support Sales team from project initiation to completion.
• Prepare and manage sales and project documents (presentations, proposals, quotations, POs, invoices).
• Monitor status of quotations, POs, product/license delivery, invoicing and payments.
• Coordinate with Sales, Presales, Finance, Procurement, Vendors/Principals, and Customers.
• Prepare tender/procurement documents (RFQ, RFP, BoQ/BoM).
• Maintain project data, sales pipelines, and transaction status.
