Job summary

InfraCom in Indonesia invites an early-career Sales Support Administrator to handle tender data, prepare project administration, and assist billing. You will support the sales team, coordinate administrative tasks, and ensure timely document submission for customer needs.

The role requires 1–3 years in IT & services, strong MS Office skills, and accurate data entry and reporting to enable efficient billing and project management.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in IT & services
• Ability to prepare tenders, admin documents, and billing support
• Strong data entry and reporting skills

Responsibilities

• Handle the provision and preparation of data or documents required for tenders, ensuring completeness and timeliness according to customer needs.
• Provide and prepare administrative documents for new projects implemented by the customer, ensuring completeness and timeliness as requested.
• Support the sales team and prepare billing documents completely and on time in accordance with customer requests.
• Manage the preparation of preventive maintenance documents obtained from engineers to be sent to the customer, enabling billing to be carried out according to applicable regulations.
