TP is seeking a Presales Electronic Agent to support customers on deliveries, refunds and warranty matters from Yogyakarta. You will handle inquiries via phone and WhatsApp, resolve issues, and provide courteous service.

The role requires a Diploma or Bachelor's degree and at least 1 year in a call center. English proficiency at C1 and the ability to work onsite are essential. Competitive monthly compensation plus incentives are offered.

Competenze

• Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in any discipline.
• 1 year minimum experience in Call Center Inbound.
• Experience in CS/BPO/Electronics or similar is a plus but not required.
• English proficiency at C1 level or higher.
• Able to communicate professionally in English.
• Willing to work onsite at TPID Yogyakarta.

Mansioni

• Handle customer inquiries via Phone, WhatsApp, and other channels.
• Assist customers with product deliveries, refunds, defects, warranty, compliant handling, troubleshooting, and appointments.
• Investigate cases using internal systems and apply company procedures.
• Maintain records of customer interactions and update case information.
