Job summary

Responsibilities

• Omnichannel Support: Handle customer inquiries via email, live chat, and other digital channels in fluent English.
• Problem Solving: Assist global customers with product questions, order statuses, payments, shipping, returns, exchanges, and refunds.
• Customer First: Deliver accurate, professional, and empathetic solutions to handle customer complaints smoothly.
• Operations & Coordination: Maintain clean interaction logs in our CRM system and collaborate with internal teams to resolve escalated issues.
• Excellence: Maintain high customer satisfaction (CSAT) while meeting quality and performance standards.
