TP in Yogyakarta is hiring a Customer Service Specialist to join a fast-paced team. You will handle inquiries via email and live chat, ensuring accurate and empathetic support in English on a daily basis.

The role requires at least 1 year in customer service, a D3 degree with GPA 2.75+, and willingness to work on-site in Yogyakarta in a rotating shift that includes weekends and public holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Provide omnichannel customer support via email, chat, and other channels in English.
• Assist global customers with product questions, orders, payments, shipping, returns, and refunds.
• Deliver accurate, empathetic solutions to customer issues and complaints.
• Maintain clean interaction logs in the CRM and coordinate with internal teams to resolve escalations.
• Aim for high CSAT while meeting quality and performance standards.
• Work a rotational shift schedule, including weekends and public holidays.
