Job summary

Talent HuntPH is seeking a Presales Consultant Specialist for Telco Network in Jakarta. The role focuses on scoping projects, architecting solutions, generating proposals, and running proofs of concept with clients in the telecom space.

You will evaluate client infrastructure to determine MPLS, DWDM, IP-Routing, and IP-VPN needs while advising on roadmaps for post-sales engagements. Strong English and consultative communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in presales for telco solutions (MPLS, Traffic Engineering, SR, IP protocols).
• Strong clientele in the telecom provider industry.
• Vendor certifications such as CCNP-SP/CCIE-SP, JNCIS-SP/JNCIE-SP, HCIP/HCIE Datacom-Carrier.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Lead project scoping, systems architecting, proposal generation and POC execution.
• Assess client infrastructure to specify MPLS, DWDM, IP-Routing, and IP-VPN solutions.
• Advise clients to create roadmaps for post-sales activities.
• Recommend telco-network products based on feasibility and ROI.
• Create high-level designs and document RFI/RFP and BOM/BOQ.
• Oversee demos/POCs and support installation and integration.

PRESALES CONSULTANT SPECIALIST - TELCO NETWORK

Requirements

• Hold bachelors degree (S-1 degree) in Information Technology or Computer Engineering or Telecommunication from reputable university
• Possessed a minimum of 3 years working experience in the related field of preselling a telco solution; MPLS and it's associate services, Traffic Engineering, Segment Routing, and related IP Protocols used in Service Provider's environment
• Possessed a strong and proven clientele for the industry of telecommunication provider (or its related technology vendor)
• Have great knowledge on Cisco, Juniper, Huawei products for Service Provider
• Have (at minimum) a valid Service Provider's professional level certification from vendors, such as CCNP-SP/CCIE-SP, JNCIS-SP/JNCIE-SP, HCIP/HCIE Datacom-Carrier
• Excellent English capacity, both for written and verbal
• Excellent communication skill, especially in the focus of a consultative-approach methodology for his/her previous clientele

Job Description

• Mainly responsible over the phase(s) of project scooping, systems architecting, proposal generation, and lastly proof of concepts execution
• Evaluating the clients current infrastructure to determine what will be the precise MPLS, DWDM, Ip-Routing, and IpVPN solutions (as an example)
• Consulting with clients to develop a roadmap for the potential post-sales phase
• Recommending the appropriate telco-network product and solutions which are based on their feasibility
• Designing the High-Level design of customers telecommunication system and environment
• Perform Proof of Value for proposed solutions
• Documentation gathering and presentation which includes RFI/RFP and BOM/BOQ
• Manage the required demo or POC (should it is requested)
• Act as support for a new installation; partial monitoring of integration into the existing system, migration, and monitoring which include all of the project documentation
