Job summary

PT Multipolar Technology Tbk is seeking a skilled Presales / Solution Architect to lead RFIs/RFPs, develop BOQ and design documents, and provide initial technical support for clients in Jakarta/Tangerang. This role collaborates with account managers to meet client needs and drive winning proposals.

Ideal candidates bring 1–3 years of relevant experience, strong Cisco/Huawei/Aruba knowledge, and certifications. Location is Jakarta or Tangerang with potential for regional work.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-3 years of experience as Presales or Solution Architect, or background as Postsales Network Engineer.
• Experience delivering network solutions for Financial Services (FSI) incl. banking, insurance, fintech preferred.
• Certifications such as CCNP/HCIA/HCIP/ACNP
• Willing to be placed in Jakarta / Tangerang.

• Lead the preparation, coordination, and timely submission of RFIs and RFPs for tenders, ensuring compliance with client requirements.
• Create comprehensive BOQ, Internal Costing, and Solution Documents. High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD) optional but advantageous.
• Provide first-level technical support to clients, addressing inquiries and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
• Collaborate closely with account managers to assist and support their requests, ensuring client needs are met efficiently.

• Create comprehensive Bill of Quantities (BOQ), Internal Costing, and Solution Documents. High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD) are optional but advantageous.
• Provide first-level technical support to clients, addressing inquiries and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
• Collaborate closely with account managers to assist and support their requests, ensuring that client needs are met efficiently.

• Strong knowledge and expertise in Cisco, Huawei, or Aruba technologies for Enterprise Networking (Routing & Switching, Wireless, SD-Access, SD-WAN) and Data Center Networking (including SD-DC).
• Possesses relevant technical certifications such as Cisco CCNP, Huawei HCIA/HCIP, or Aruba ACNP.
• Demonstrates core Presales competencies including proposal development, technical presentations, solution demonstrations, and effective collaboration with sales, product, and delivery teams.
• Willing to be placed in Jakarta / Tangerang.
