Job summary
Elitez Pte Ltd in North Jakarta/Sunter area is seeking a technically knowledgeable IT Consultant to join the team. Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or related field.
- Minimum 3 years in IT Pre-Sales or similar.
- Strong understanding of enterprise IT infrastructure.
- Experience with enterprise IT brands preferred (Dell, HP, Lenovo, Cisco, Fortinet).
- Fluent in English and strong communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Understand client business needs and technical requirements to recommend suitable IT solutions.
- Prepare technical proposals, BOM, and network topology.
- Support the sales team in developing proposals and delivering technical presentations.
- Conduct product demonstrations and PoC for clients.
- Evaluate proposed solutions to ensure they meet client requirements.
- Serve as a technical liaison between clients, sales teams, and internal technical teams.
- Respond to RFIs and RFPs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and technology partners.
- Provide technical consultation and product updates to clients.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies, IT products, and industry trends.
