• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Retail Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in retail operations, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Experience managing supermarket, premium grocery, or modern retail operations is highly preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Candidates based in Bali are highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily supermarket operations to ensure smooth, efficient, and customer-focused store performance.
• Develop and monitor sales, operational, and service targets to achieve business objectives.
• Lead, coach, and develop the store team to improve productivity, performance, and customer service standards.
• Monitor merchandise availability, product display, stock accuracy, shrinkage, and inventory management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, safety standards, and operational procedures.
• Analyze sales performance and operational reports, and implement appropriate action plans to improve store results.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, store presentation, product quality, and customer experience.
• Coordinate with relevant departments including Merchandising, Supply Chain, HR, Finance, and Marketing to support store operations.
