Qualifications

• Indonesian nationality required with a degree in Hospitality or Business Management.
• 1 year of experience in a similar Front Office role at a 5-star international hotel is preferred.
• Strong leadership, business acumen and guest service mindset required.

Responsibilities

• Assist Front Office Team Leader in updating and maintaining the Department Operations Manual.
• Deliver the brand promise and provide exceptional guest service at all times.
• Maintain the Front Office – Host daily Log book and ensure timely updates.
• Handle guest inquiries courteously and efficiently and verify guests receive premium hospitality.
• Familiar with hotel products and services and implement guest recognition programs.
