PT Container Maritime Activities is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Jakarta to manage the full lifecycle of customer inquiries, ensuring timely resolution and high satisfaction. You will act as the primary contact for allocated clients, coordinating with internal teams and proving solutions to complex shipping-related issues.

The role requires strong shipping knowledge, 2+ years of customer-facing experience, and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge in Shipping (minimum 2 years in liner shipping)
• Excellent customer service experience (minimum 2 years)
• Effective communication skills with customers, senior leaders & middle management
• Great customer facing skills with ability to build and nurture relationships
• Demonstration of professional demeanor, positive attitude, and ability to manage stress through challenging situations
• Excellent knowledge in LARA all modules
• Understand CMA-CGM group organization, processes & Tools
• Basic proficiency with MS Office
• Graduate (3 years regular course) Any bachelor degree or Equivalent University Degree

• Prioritize requests based on urgency to meet expectations

• Act as exclusive point of contact and build strong relationships
