PT SPIL Toll Indonesia seeks a Customer Service Representative to be the main point of contact for customers and to manage orders and service requests with accuracy.

You will monitor shipment status, provide timely updates, and coordinate with Operations, Transport Controllers and other teams to ensure smooth delivery and issue resolution. Strong communication and record-keeping are essential.

Qualificações

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Management, or related fields.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Customer Service, Logistics, Transportation, or Supply Chain Operations.
• Experience in a logistics company and handling key accounts is preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Good coordination and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the main point of contact for customers.
• Receive, process, and coordinate customer orders and service requests.
• Monitor shipment and delivery status and provide timely updates to customers.
• Coordinate with Operations, Transport Controllers and other internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and operational issues in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate records of orders, shipments, and customer communications.
