Job summary

J&T Cargo membuka posisi staff layanan pelanggan di Denpasar Barat. Peran ini melibatkan menangani pertanyaan, keluhan, dan kebutuhan pelanggan melalui chat, email, dan tatap muka, serta memastikan layanan berjalan sesuai SOP.

Posisi ini membutuhkan minimal SMA/SMK dan pengalaman 1 tahun di layanan pelanggan atau administrasi operasional. Kandidat harus mahir MS Excel, komunikatif, teliti, bisa bekerja di shift, dan siap ditempatkan di gudang gateway Denpasar Barat.

Qualifications

• Minimal pendidikan SMA/SMK atau setara (D3/S1 diutamakan).
• Minimal 1 tahun pengalaman di Layanan Pelanggan/Administrasi Operasional atau sejenisnya.
• Mampuan mengoperasikan komputer dan Microsoft Office, terutama Excel.
• Keterampilan komunikasi yang baik, ramah, dan orientasi pemecahan masalah.
• Teliti, cepat, dan bisa bekerja di bawah tekanan.
• Mampu bekerja secara individu maupun tim.
• Bersedia bekerja shift jika diperlukan.
• Siap ditempatkan di Gudang/Area Gateway Denpasar Barat.
• Pengalaman di logistik/ekspedisi gudang menjadi nilai plus.
• Memahami alur operasional pengiriman barang.

Responsibilities

• Menangani pertanyaan, keluhan, dan kebutuhan pelanggan melalui chat, email, dan tatap muka.
• Memastikan proses layanan pelanggan berjalan cepat, akurat, dan sesuai SOP perusahaan.
• Berkoordinasi dengan tim gudang dan gateway terkait status pengiriman dan penyelesaian masalah.
• Memantau dan menindaklanjuti pengiriman serta permintaan pelanggan hingga selesai.
• Membuat laporan harian kegiatan layanan pelanggan dan isu operasional.
• Membantu proses administrasi operasional terkait layanan pelanggan.
• Menjaga hubungan baik dengan pelanggan dan memberikan solusi terbaik atas masalah.

Customer Service Staff handling inquiries, complaints, and customer needs through chat, email, and face-to-face interactions. The role involves ensuring customer service processes run quickly, accurately, and in accordance with company procedures, coordinating with warehouse and gateway operational teams regarding shipment status and issue resolution.

Key responsibilities

Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and needs through chat, email, and face-to-face

Ensure customer service processes run quickly, accurately, and according to company SOP

Coordinate with warehouse and gateway operational teams regarding shipment status, goods receipt, and customer issue resolution

Monitor and follow up on shipments and customer requests until completion

Create daily reports on customer service activities and operational issues

Assist with operational administration processes related to customer service

Maintain good relationships with customers and provide best solutions to problems

About you

Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent (D3/S1 preferred)

Minimum 1 year experience in Customer Service, Operational Administration, or similar position (preferred)

Able to operate computers and Microsoft Office, especially Excel

Good communication skills, friendly, and problem-solving oriented

Detail-oriented, quick, and able to work under pressure

Able to work individually and as part of a team

Good work attitude, disciplined, and responsible

Willing to work shifting if required

Must be willing to be placed at Warehouse/Gateway area Denpasar Barat

Experience in logistics, expedition, or warehouse is a plus

Understanding of goods shipment operational flow is preferred
