Job summary

Mondelez International in Southeast Asia seeks a highly capable Maintenance Leader to drive preventive maintenance, TPM, and line stability. You will own PM systems, centerline settings, and maintenance KPIs while developing technicians to operate and maintain equipment autonomously.

Responsibilities include leading process improvements, collaborating with Reliability teams, and reinforcing change management for line efficiency and cost reduction. FMCG experience is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Experience in FMCG manufacturing environments preferred.
• Strong knowledge of preventive maintenance and TPM principles.
• Experience with PM systems and R&M cost control.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, process development and implementation of maintenance elements.
• Own PM systems, centerline settings and maintenance KPIs for lines.
• Develop and execute preventive and time-based maintenance plans.
• Build technical skills of technicians to enable autonomous operation and maintenance.
• Partner with Reliability and Asset teams for improvements and cost reductions.
