The role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and effective team management to deliver an exceptional guest experience. You will train staff, implement cleaning schedules, oversee inventories and budgets, and ensure safety and sanitation compliance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Housekeeping Manager or Assistant
• In-depth knowledge of housekeeping operations and sanitation standards
• Strong leadership, organizational and time management skills
• Excellent attention to detail and high cleanliness standards
• Proficiency in MS Office and hotel management software
• Ability to train and motivate a diverse team
• High school diploma; hospitality certification is a plus

You will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the hotel, ensuring guest rooms and public areas are immaculate. This role requires strong leadership, exceptional attention to detail, and effective team management to deliver a consistently excellent guest experience. Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct the daily activities of the housekeeping and laundry staff.
• Develop and implement cleaning schedules and standards to ensure guest satisfaction and regulatory compliance.
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, linens, and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels and cost control.
• Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure quality standards are met.

• Handle guest requests and concerns related to housekeeping services promptly and professionally.
• Monitor and manage departmental budget effectively.
