Job summary

PREDMET CONSTRUCTION BALI invites an energetic Housekeeping Manager to uphold impeccable service standards across our luxury villa complex in Bali. You will lead a housekeeping team, conduct daily inspections, and coordinate with Front Office and Engineering to ensure swift room readiness.

The role requires 2–3 years in a premium hospitality setting, fluent English and Bahasa Indonesia, and a leadership mindset.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years in a similar role within a luxury hotel or premium villa complex.
• Exceptional eye for detail and advanced knowledge of professional cleaning techniques and chemicals.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Strong leadership and hospitality-first mindset.
• Ability to thrive under pressure during high occupancy.
• Currently based in Bali or available for immediate relocation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily inspections of guest villas, public areas, and back-of-house to ensure premium standards are met
• Supervise, train, and motivate the housekeeping team (room attendants and public area cleaners)
• Manage weekly rosters and performance reviews
• Work closely with Front Office and Engineering to prioritize room readiness and ensure swift resolution of maintenance issues
• Monitor stock levels for linens, guest amenities, and cleaning chemicals
• Conduct monthly inventories and manage orders within budget
• Supervise the handling of linens and guest laundry, ensuring high-quality processing and timely returns
• Implement and maintain strict Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for cleaning, turndown service, and floral arrangements
