PT.Bahana Bhumiphala Persada in Central Java seeks a seasoned PPIC/Production Planning Manager to lead and optimize the PPIC team. You will drive MPS, MRP, and production schedules, ensuring material availability and on-time delivery.
The role requires 5+ years in PPIC planning within manufacturing, strong SAP/ERP experience, and leadership to coordinate across Production, Purchasing, Warehouse, and Exim to meet targets.
Develop and control Production Plan, MPS, MRP, and Production Schedule based on demand, production capacity, material availability, and company targets.
Ensure material availability to support production plans and schedules.
Monitor and control Raw Material, WIP, and Finished Goods inventory, including stock level, safety stock, inventory accuracy, and inventory turnover.
Analyze production capacity, bottlenecks, lead time, and production constraints, and adjust planning according to actual conditions.
Monitor Production Plan vs Actual and initiate corrective actions for deviations.
Coordinate closely with Production, Purchasing, Warehouse, Marketing, and Exim to ensure alignment of demand, materials, capacity, production planning, and delivery.
Ensure production readiness and delivery readiness according to customer requirements and company targets.
Utilize ERP/MRP systems, preferably SAP, and Microsoft Excel for planning, monitoring, analysis, and reporting.
Lead, develop, and improve the PPIC team and drive continuous improvement in planning effectiveness, inventory management, and production performance.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Management, Supply Chain, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in PPIC/Production Planning, with experience as PPIC Manager, Senior PPIC, or Planning Manager.
Strong experience in a manufacturing environment.
Strong understanding of Production Planning, MPS, MRP, Capacity Planning, Production Scheduling, Inventory Control, and Supply Chain Management.
Good knowledge of BOM, Routing, Lead Time, Safety Stock, MOQ, Reorder Point, and Inventory Management.
Experience in plywood manufacturing is an advantage.
Experience using ERP/MRP systems; SAP experience is preferred.
Strong Microsoft Excel, analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, and reporting skills.
Strong leadership and communication skills with proven ability to lead and develop a team.
Able to work effectively in a dynamic manufacturing environment and coordinate across multiple functions.
