Pengiklan Anonim is seeking a PPIC leader to drive demand and production planning, material and packaging planning, inventory control, and execution monitoring across multiple warehouse locations. The role emphasizes cost and efficiency improvement, governance, and team leadership.
The candidate will consolidate forecasts into MPS, balance capacity and lead times, and manage S&OP to align with targets while ensuring inventory accuracy and strong KPI reporting.
This is a Planning, Production, Inventory and Control (PPIC) leadership role responsible for demand and production planning, material and packaging planning, inventory control, production execution monitoring, warehouse and distribution coordination, cost and efficiency improvement, reporting and governance, and team leadership across multiple warehouse locations.
Key responsibilities
Consolidate sales forecasts (E-commerce, Food Service/HoReCa, General Trade) into a monthly Master Production Schedule (MPS) and weekly production plans
Balance production capacity, manpower, machine availability, and lead times against demand
Lead the S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) routine and align plans with management targets
Calculate raw material and packaging requirements from BOM and production plans
Coordinate purchase timing and quantities with Sourcing to avoid shortages and excess
Monitor supplier lead times and reliability; escalat risks early
Set min/max stock levels, safety stock, and reorder points for raw materials, packaging, and finished goods
Run FIFO/FEFO discipline, shelf-life monitoring, and near-expiry action plans
Track plan vs. actual output, yield, downtime, and schedule adherence daily
Deliver weekly and monthly PPIC dashboards: forecast accuracy, OTIF, inventory turnover/days on hand, stock accuracy, stock-out rate, expiry/write-off value
About you
Experience in demand and production planning
Experience in material and packaging planning (MRP)
Experience in inventory control and stock accuracy management
Ability to track plan vs. actual output, yield, downtime, and schedule adherence
Experience coordinating warehouse and distribution operations
Ability to identify and implement process improvements (lean, standardization, system adoption)
Experience building and maintaining SOPs for planning, inventory, and stock movement
Experience with food safety and internal controls compliance
Team leadership and coaching capability
Ability to build planning culture and cross-division discipline around cut-off times and data accuracy
