Job summary

PT Sari Agro Solution is seeking a skilled PPIC supervisor to plan, control, and coordinate the entire supply chain flow from production planning to warehousing and distribution. You will ensure on-time delivery, optimize inventory, and uphold ISO 9001 and ISO 45001 standards.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or a related field and 5+ years in PPIC at supervisor level (or 3–5 years as PPIC staff).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years in PPIC at supervisor level or 3–5 years as PPIC staff.

Responsibilities

• Receive and analyze sales forecasts to convert to Master Production Schedule aligned with machine capacity.
• Determine safe inventory limits to prevent shortages or overstock.
• Create MRP and purchase requests to Purchasing team.
• Create production orders based on schedule and material availability.
• Ensure admin processes for production output and material usage are timely and accurate.
• Coordinate warehouse activities for receipt, storage, and issuance of goods per SOPs and FIFO.
• Schedule and lead periodic stock-taking activities.
• Plan shipments to ensure timely and safe delivery of finished goods.
• Ensure procedures align with ISO 9001 and ISO 45001.
