Job summary

YHC Keramika Indonesia is seeking a Production Planning & Inventory Control (PPIC) professional to coordinate daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules and optimize manufacturing processes. You will reduce changeover time, manage production priorities, and ensure timely delivery across Sales, Production, Purchasing, and Warehouse functions.

The ideal candidate has a Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or related field, with 1–3 years in PPIC, experience

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Diploma in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or related field.
• 1–3 years in PPIC / Production Planning & Inventory Control.
• Experience in manufacturing, preferably ceramic/tile/process-based production.
• Strong Excel (formulas, pivot tables) and ERP systems knowledge.

Job description

This is a Production Planning & Inventory Control (PPIC) position responsible for coordinating production schedules, optimising manufacturing processes, and ensuring timely delivery across sales, production, purchasing, and warehouse functions.

About you

Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree (S1) in Industrial Engineering, Logistics Management, Operations Management, or related field

Minimum 1-3 years of work experience in the same position (PPIC / Production Planning & Inventory Control), preferably from manufacturing industry (ceramic, tile, or process-based/mass production manufacturing preferred)

Understanding of supply chain management concepts, machine capacity planning, and production scheduling

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, etc.)

Experience with ERP systems (such as SAP, Oracle, or similar manufacturing systems)

Strong communication and coordination skills to work effectively with Sales, Production, Purchasing, and Warehouse departments
