Job summary

PT Lion Wings membuka lowongan PPIC Staff untuk membantu perencanaan produksi dan manajemen stok supaya target produksi dan kebutuhan pengiriman tercapai. Kandidat akan bekerja dengan tim lintas fungsi untuk menyusun forecast dan memastikan kelancaran aliran material.

Kandidat diharapkan memiliki gelar S1 Teknik Industri dengan IPK minimal 3.00, pengalaman 2 tahun di FMCG, serta mahir MS Excel dan SAP/ERP. Posisi ini non-shift, bekerja di Jakarta Timur.

Qualifications

• Gelar S1 Desain Industri (Industrial Engineering) dengan IPK minimal 3.0/4.0.
• Pengalaman minimal 2 tahun sebagai PPIC Staff di industri FMCG.
• Menguasai Excel dan SAP/ERP; mampu analitis dan bekerja dalam tim.

Responsibilities

• Membuat perencanaan produksi dan stok untuk memenuhi target produksi dan kebutuhan pengiriman.
• Merencanakan buffer stock dan kebutuhan pengiriman berdasarkan forecast penjualan.
• Menghitung kebutuhan bahan baku/kemasan dari perencanaan jangka 3 bulan ke depan.
• Koordinasi dengan departemen terkait (Marketing/QC/RND/Produksi/Purchasing) untuk menjaga proses operasional sesuai ISO 9001:2018, ISO 14001:2018.
• Menilai capaian rencana produksi dan melakukan evaluasi bersama pihak terkait.

Job description

Job Purpose

Make production planning and stock management arrangements so that production results and shipping needs are achieved according to the specified target

Responsibilities

• Responsible for making sales plans or forecasting.
• Responsible for making production planning needed for buffer stock and shipping needs.
• Responsible for the availability of calculations for packaging material and raw material needs from gradual planning with a time span of up to 3 months in advance according to existing sales forecasting information.
• Recap and coordination of First Production for the release approval needs for the start of a new product (if any) with the production party and related departments.
• Responsible for coordinating well with related departments (Marketing/QC/RND/Production/Purchasing) for the smooth running of the correct operational process according to ISO 9001:2018, ISO 14001:2018.
• Review and score the results of planning achievements from the production side.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Industrial Engineering with minimum GPA of 3.00/4.00.
• Min. 2 years of experience working as PPIC Staff in a FMCG industry.
• Able to operate Microsoft (Excel, Word, PPT) especially proficient in operating Ms. Excel, and SAP/ERP.
• Strong interest in data analysis and teamwork
• Good analytical thinking, creative, loyal, able to work effectively in a team.

Non-shift working hours (6 days):
Monday-Friday: 08:00 - 16:00/17:00
Saturday: 08:00 - 13:00 (ON OFF every 2 weeks)
