PT Foodina Inovasi Rasa (Bolekaka Dimsum) seeks a PPIC specialist to develop production plans based on forecasts, orders, capacity, and material availability. You will create daily, weekly, and monthly schedules and ensure on-time execution while monitoring material availability and inventory levels.
Responsibilities include creating MRP, BOM checks, and coordinating with Production, Warehouse, Purchasing, QA/QC, R&D, and Sales to avoid stockouts and optimize throughput.
This role involves creating and developing production planning based on forecasts, sales orders, production capacity, and raw material availability. You will prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules and ensure their realization meets targets. The position requires monitoring raw material, packaging material, and finished goods availability, controlling inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstock, and coordinating with Production, Warehouse, Purchasing, QA/QC, R&D, and Sales departments to ensure smooth production processes.
Key responsibilities:
Create and develop production planning based on forecast, sales order, production capacity, and raw material availability
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules and ensure realization meets targets
Monitor requirements and availability of raw material, packaging material, and finished goods
Control inventory levels to remain optimal and prevent stockouts and overstock
Coordinate with Production, Warehouse, Purchasing, QA/QC, R&D, and Sales to ensure smooth production processes
Create Material Requirement Planning (MRP) and calculate raw material requirements based on production plan
Ensure material availability according to production schedule and follow up on unavailable materials
Monitor raw material usage against Bill of Materials (BOM) and production standards
Monitor production capacity, lead time, and potential obstacles that may hinder production plan achievement
Analyze variance between planned and actual production, and create reports with improvement recommendations
Qualifications:
Minimum D3/S1 degree from Industrial Engineering, Management, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
Minimum 2–3 years experience as PPIC, particularly in manufacturing industry; experience in F&B/Frozen Food is a plus
Understanding of Production Planning, Material Planning, Inventory Control, MRP, BOM, and Production Scheduling concepts
Understanding of FIFO and FEFO systems, especially for products with limited shelf life
Understanding of batch/lot management basics, expiry dates, raw material, packaging material, and finished goods
Able to calculate material requirements based on forecast, production plan, and BOM
Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Table, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, and other Excel functions)
Experience using ERP/MRP System is a plus
Strong data analysis and problem-solving capabilities
Able to work with targets, deadlines, and in dynamic production environments
Prior experience in food manufacturing or the F&B industry is preferred.
