Job summary

PT Cambium Furni Industri in Jepara, Central Java, seeks an experienced PPIC Supervisor/Manager to oversee production planning, material control, and inventory across raw materials, WIP, and finished goods in a manufacturing setting.

You will develop and monitor production plans, manage ERP/MRP systems, coordinate with multiple departments, and drive on-time delivery while optimizing capacity and inventory.

The ideal candidate holds a relevant bachelor's degree and 5+ years in manufacturing PPIC.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Industrial Management, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing PPIC.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience as PPIC Supervisor/Manager.
• Experience in furniture or manufacturing industry is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Production Planning, MRP, MPS, BOM, and Inventory Control.

Responsibilities

• Develop and control production planning.
• Monitor and control material requirements and availability.
• Control inventory for raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods.
• Identify production bottlenecks and potential delays.
• Ensure achievement of production targets and delivery schedules.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Purchasing, Warehouse, Production, and Quality Control departments.
• Prepare PPIC reports and analysis for management.
