ISMAYA GROUP is seeking a Production Planning professional to lead Master Production Scheduling, MRP coordination, and PPIC activities across its Indonesian dining brands. You will forecast demand, align capacity, and ensure on-time delivery while maintaining healthy inventory levels.

This role requires close collaboration with Purchasing, QC, Sales, and Maintenance, and it involves leading PPIC staff to optimize production workflows and deliver KPI-driven reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare Master Production Schedule (MPS) and daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules based on forecasts and customer orders.
• Calculate machine, labor, and production line capacity to ensure realistic plans.
• Adjust schedules when orders change, machines break down, or materials arrive late.
• Run Material Requirements Planning (MRP) to determine raw material and component needs; coordinate with Purchasing to ensure on-time delivery.
• Monitor stock levels of raw materials, WIP, and finished goods; manage safety stock and min/max levels.
• Track actual output vs. plan and identify delays; take corrective actions to meet delivery targets.
• Coordinate with Production, Warehouse, Purchasing, QC, Sales/Marketing, and Maintenance; lead PPIC meetings and update order status to Sales.
• Prepare reports on production achievement, stock status, inventory accuracy, and KPIs; recommend improvements to management.
• Lead and supervise PPIC staff (planners, inventory admins, material controllers); assign tasks and provide training.
