Job summary

Arethia is seeking a PPIC Staff to balance demand, capacity, and materials, ensuring on-time production and optimal inventory. You will collaborate with Production, Procurement, Warehouse, and Sales to align schedules and drive efficiency.

The role requires 2+ years in PPIC or similar, a degree in Industrial Engineering or related field, and strong Excel skills. Based in Mojokerto, East Java, with opportunities in a growing flavour industry.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a PPIC or similar role.
• Good proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Strong planning, analytical, and communication skills.
• Willing to be based in Mojokerto, East Java.

Responsibilities

• Production Planning - Develop effective production plans based on demand forecasts, customer orders, and production capacity to ensure on-time delivery.
• Inventory & Material Control - Ensure the availability of raw materials and maintain optimal inventory levels to support smooth production operations.
• Cross-Functional Coordination - Collaborate with Production, Procurement, Warehouse, and Sales teams to align production schedules and business priorities.
• Operational Efficiency - Monitor production performance, identify potential risks, and drive continuous improvements in planning and inventory management.
• Data-Driven Decision Making - Utilize production, inventory, and demand data to optimize planning accuracy and support operational excellence.
