Job summary

PT. Ihsing Industri Indonesia is hiring a PPIC specialist to plan and coordinate production in Batang. You will develop schedules, manage material requirements, and ensure material availability to meet demand. You will collaborate with Production, Purchasing, QC, Warehouse, and Sales to keep operations aligned with targets.

The role requires 3+ years in PPIC, strong analytical and planning skills, and proficiency in English. Indonesian manufacturing environment with ERP and Excel tools.

Qualifications

• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Management, Textile Engineering, or related field.
• At least 3 years in PPIC, preferably in textile/webbing/shoelace industry.
• Proficient in Excel or ERP; knowledge of MRP and inventory control.
• Proficient in spoken and written English.

Responsibilities

• Develop and organize production plans and schedules to meet capacity and targets.
• Calculate raw material requirements and ensure material availability.
• Monitor production output, inventory levels, and order progress.
• Coordinate with Production, Purchasing, QC, Warehouse, and Sales.
• Prepare production and inventory reports.
• Analyze and follow up on issues related to schedules and materials.
