Job summary

PT Kapal Api Global is seeking a PPIC Supervisor to lead master production scheduling, optimize inventory turnover, and ensure seamless delivery on every line.

You will forecast production needs, secure materials, monitor stocks, and coordinate with Marketing, Production, Purchasing, and Quality Control to keep plans on track. The role demands analytical, proactive individuals with strong Excel skills and ERP familiarity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Management, or other relevant disciplines with a minimum GPA of 3.00 (on a 4.00 scale).
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in Production Planning and Inventory Control (PPIC).
• Good understanding of production planning, forecasting, inventory control, and material planning.
• Strong analytical and planning skills, with the ability to manage inventory effectively.
• Good communication and coordination skills across departments.
• Systematic, detail-oriented, proactive, and strong problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with ERP systems will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop production forecasts based on market demand and production requirements.
• Ensure the availability of raw materials and packaging materials in accordance with production plans and schedules.
• Monitor and control inventory levels of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods to maintain optimal stock levels.
• Monitor production plans and actual production output to ensure alignment with established targets.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Production, Purchasing, and Quality Control to ensure smooth planning and inventory control processes.
• Evaluate inventory movements and proactively identify potential shortages or excess stock.
• Prepare and submit periodic reports related to production planning, material availability, and inventory levels.
