Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of PPIC/Production Planning experience, with experience as PPIC Manager, Senior PPIC, or Planning Manager.
• Experience in manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of Production Planning, MPS, MRP, Capacity Planning, Production Scheduling, Inventory Control, and Supply Chain Management.
• Good knowledge of BOM, Routing, Lead Time, Safety Stock, MOQ, Reorder Point, and Inventory Management.
• Experience in plywood manufacturing is an advantage.
• Experience using ERP/MRP systems; SAP experience is preferred.
• Strong Microsoft Excel, analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, and reporting skills.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with proven ability to lead and develop a team.
• Able to work effectively in a dynamic manufacturing environment and coordinate across multiple functions.

Aufgaben

• Develop and control Production Plan, MPS, MRP, and Production Schedule based on demand, production capacity, material availability, and company targets.
• Ensure material availability to support production plans and schedules.
• Monitor and control Raw Material, WIP, and Finished Goods inventory, including stock level, safety stock, inventory accuracy, and inventory turnover.
• Analyze production capacity, bottlenecks, lead time, and production constraints, and adjust planning according to actual conditions.
• Monitor Production Plan vs Actual and initiate corrective actions for deviations.
• Coordinate closely with Production, Purchasing, Warehouse, Marketing, and Exim to ensure alignment of demand, materials, capacity, production planning, and delivery.
• Ensure production readiness and delivery readiness according to customer requirements and company targets.
• Utilize ERP/MRP systems, preferably SAP, and Microsoft Excel for planning, monitoring, analysis, and reporting.
• Lead, develop, and improve the PPIC team and drive continuous improvement in planning effectiveness, inventory management, and production performance.
