Job summary

PT Trust Recruit Indonesia is seeking an experienced PPIC Manager to lead production planning and control in Pasuruan, East Java. You will coordinate with production, purchasing, warehousing, and logistics to ensure timely schedules and optimal material availability.

You will monitor progress, improve PPIC processes, and drive inventory accuracy while reporting on performance and KPIs. This role requires strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree (S1) in any discipline.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in the plywood manufacturing industry.
• Proven ability to develop and manage monthly production schedules.
• Strong knowledge of inventory control and maintaining accurate inventory data.
• Experience in preparing shipment schedules and comprehensive production planning.
• Capable of monitoring production performance and evaluating daily targets and results.
• Strong ability to measure, monitor, and improve productivity across all production areas.
• Experienced in analysing raw material and supporting material consumption to minimize waste and improve cost efficiency.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong leadership, managerial, and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
• Willing to be based in Pasuruan, East Java

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage production planning based on customer orders and lead times.
• Ensure availability of raw materials and supporting materials to maintain smooth production operations.
• Oversee PPIC activities including material requirements planning and production scheduling.
• Coordinate with production, purchasing, warehouse, logistics and related departments for effective execution.
• Monitor production progress and ensure schedules are achieved.
• Achieve PPIC quality objectives and KPIs.
• Evaluate and improve PPIC processes to enhance efficiency and performance.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure accuracy to support continuity.
• Analyze planning, inventory and material usage data to identify issues and corrective actions.
• Prepare periodic reports on PPIC performance for management.
• Identify operational issues and implement effective solutions to improve planning accuracy and efficiency.
