Job summary

TISAWOOD is seeking a Staff PPIC in Ngawi, East Java, to develop and manage production schedules based on orders and delivery targets. You will monitor production progress, ensure timely realization, and coordinate with Purchasing, Warehouse, Production, and QC to maintain a smooth production flow.

The role requires at least a D3/S1 in a related field, 1+ year PPIC experience, strong Excel skills, and the ability to read and analyze material requirements and schedules.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in PPIC or Production Planning.
• Familiar with production planning processes, inventory control, and progress monitoring.
• Able to read and analyze material requirements and production schedules.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Understanding of production administration systems and data processing.

Responsibilities

• Create and organize production planning and schedules based on orders and delivery targets.
• Monitor production realization to ensure compliance with established schedules.
• Monitor availability of raw materials, components, and production support materials.
• Coordinate with Purchasing, Warehouse, Production, and QC departments regarding production needs and process continuity.
• Control material usage and ensure alignment with production requirements.
• Create periodic reports on production planning and realization.
• Analyze production constraints and provide improvement recommendations.
• Ensure production targets and order completion schedules are achieved.
