Job summary

PT Japfa Comfeed Indonesia Tbk is seeking a detail-oriented PPIC Staff to plan, schedule, and monitor production while overseeing inventory of raw materials and finished goods to ensure timely delivery and minimal waste.

Based in Pemalang, the role collaborates with Procurement, Production, Quality Control, and Logistics, requires a Bachelor's degree and 1–2 years PPIC experience, and proficiency in SAP and advanced Excel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, supply chain, logistics, or related field.
• 1–2 years of PPIC experience in manufacturing or feed/food processing.
• Strong ERP experience (SAP) and advanced MS Excel.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Detail-oriented and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute production schedules based on forecasts, customer orders, and plant capacity.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods to prevent stockouts or overstock situations.
• Coordinate closely with Procurement, Production, Quality Control, and Logistics to ensure smooth materials flow and timely order fulfillment.
• Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Analyze production efficiency, identify bottlenecks, and propose actionable improvements.
