Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of project sales experience for mission critical equipment in electrical industries or in similar industry.
• Good understanding of the Hyperscale, Enterprise, Co-lo Datacentre and IT distribution markets.
• Project sales experience, preferably in the Data center segment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to drive growth and market penetration for power conversion products in data centre, healthcare, industry, C&I, energy sector and IT distribution.
• Set sales targets, forecast sales volumes, and manage the sales budget.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform sales strategies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with end users, consultants, EPC, and partners.
• Oversee sales operations, including lead generation, sales processes, and CRM management.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute effective sales campaigns and promotional activities.
• Work closely with other departments to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
• Participate in strategic planning and contribute to the overall business strategy.
• Support in cross selling power switching and monitoring product to customer base.
