Job summary

Socomec Group is seeking a seasoned Sales Team Manager to drive growth in data center, BFSI, Government, and infrastructure markets. You will lead and mentor the sales team, implement go-to-market strategies, and collaborate with marketing and product teams to expand our power conversion product offerings.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Business and 8+ years of project sales experience in electrical industries or related sectors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Engineering/Business is required.
• Minimum 8 years of project sales experience for mission critical equipment in electrical industries or similar.
• Good understanding of hyperscale, enterprise, co-lo datacentre and IT distribution markets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to drive growth and market penetration.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets.
• Monitor market trends and provide insights to inform sales strategies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with end users, consultants, EPCs and partners.
• Oversee sales operations including lead generation, sales processes, and CRM management.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to support sales initiatives.
