Job summary

FKS Group in Indonesia seeks a Project Development Division Head for Port & Dry Bulk Logistics. You will lead end-to-end development of port, terminal, and dry bulk projects in Agri-bulk, guiding multidisciplinary teams and coordinating with government bodies and partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related discipline; MBA/masters advantage.
• Minimum 10 years in relevant roles, with 5+ years in port terminals, logistics infrastructure, or industrial facilities.
• Experience with integrated conveyor systems, ship unloading/loading, and large capital projects.
• Strong knowledge of port operations, dry bulk handling, and terminal facilities.
• Proven ability to develop business proposals, investment papers, and stakeholder presentations.

Responsibilities

• Lead feasibility studies, market assessments, and financial modelling for port, terminal, or bulk warehouse projects.
• Develop concepts, business cases, and recommendations across commercial, technical, and operational domains.
• Manage the full project development lifecycle from concept to handover for execution.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, operations, commercial, finance, and legal.
• Drive commercial structuring (JV, BOT, long-term lease) and partnership models.
