Job summary

FLS Group in Indonesia is seeking a driven Business Development Manager to grow our logistics business by identifying new opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and managing a personal sales portfolio.

You will lead B2B sales, conduct market research, collaborate with internal teams to achieve revenue targets, and contribute to planning and budgeting while traveling as needed.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Logistics, or related field.
• Proven sales experience in Freight Forwarding environment.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken, is advantageous
• Customer-focused, target-driven, and team player.
• Willingness to travel as required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities and manage existing client accounts.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Conduct market research and provide feedback for product improvement.
• Coordinate with internal departments and other FLS offices globally.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and resolve issues proactively.
• Prepare reports and participate in planning and budgeting.
