Job summary

PT. Sinotrans Logistik Indonesia is seeking a driven Project Logistics Staff (Project Cargo) to support complex import operations for break bulk, oversized, and heavy-lift cargo in South Jakarta.

You will manage end-to-end activities from port to project site and coordinate with vendors and internal teams. The role requires familiarity with Indonesian customs regulations, HS codes, and willingness to travel for site surveys and port operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in project logistics, freight forwarding, or 3PL operations.
• Knowledge of Indonesian customs regulations and HS codes.
• Willingness to travel frequently for site surveys and port operations.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end import and export operations at the port.
• Prepare import documentation and ensure compliance with HS codes.
• Coordinate customs inspection and clearance processes.
• Escort heavy-lift and project materials from port to project site.
• Maintain communication with vendors, customers, and internal Sinotrans Indonesia teams.
