Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Controlling, or related field.
2-5 years of experience in Finance, Controlling, Accounting, Audit, or similar role.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to translate data into insights.
Experience in manufacturing finance, operations controlling, or cost accounting is an advantage.
Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Fluent English with good communication and stakeholder management

Responsibilities

Act as the key finance business partner for plant management and support strategic decision-making.
Assist budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and financial performance management.
Identify and implement opportunities to improve cash flow, inventory, and CAPEX.
Support business transformation, operational improvement, and investment projects.
Ensure strong financial governance through processes, controls, and cross-functional collaboration.
Involvement in regional and global projects
