Job summary

dsm-firmenich is seeking a Plant Controller, Manager in Indonesia to act as a trusted finance partner to plant leadership, driving performance and ensuring operational excellence through robust financial analysis and business insights.

You will lead budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and financial performance management, while supporting strategic investments and CAPEX projects in a manufacturing setting. Strong English, analytical skills, and cross‑functional collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Controlling, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in Finance, Controlling, Accounting, Audit, or similar role.
• Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Fluent English with strong communication and stakeholder skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as the key finance business partner for plant management and support strategic decision‑making.
• Assist budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and financial performance management.
• Identify opportunities to improve cash flow, inventory, and CAPEX performance.
• Support business transformation, operational improvement, and investment projects.
• Ensure strong financial governance through processes, controls, and cross‑functional collaboration.
• Involvement in regional and global activities and projects.
