• 2–5 years of experience in Finance, Controlling, Accounting, Audit, or a similar role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into business insights.

Responsibilities

• Act as the key finance business partner for plant management and support strategic decision-making.
• Assist budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and financial performance management.
