Job summary

dsm-firmenich is seeking a Plant Controller, Manager in Indonesia to act as a trusted finance business partner to plant leadership, driving performance and supporting strategic decision-making with robust financial analysis.

You will lead budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and governance, identify cash flow and CAPEX opportunities, and support transformational initiatives across regional and global projects. Fluent English and strongExcel skills required.

Qualifications

• Finance/Accounting/Controlling/business degree or equivalent.
• 2-5 years of relevant experience in Finance or Controlling.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-to-insight ability.
• Experience in manufacturing finance or cost accounting is an advantage.
• Advanced Excel and MS Office proficiency.
• Fluent English with good communication and stakeholder skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as finance business partner for plant management and support strategic decisions.
• Assist budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and financial performance management.
• Identify and implement opportunities to improve cash flow, inventory, and CAPEX.
• Support business transformation, operational improvement, and investments.
• Ensure strong governance through processes and cross-functional collaboration.
• Involvement in regional and global projects.
