Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Controlling, or related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in Finance, Controlling, Accounting, Audit, or a similar role.
• Advanced Excel and MS Office proficiency.
• Fluent English with communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as key finance business partner for plant management and support strategic decision-making.
• Assist budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and financial performance management.
• Identify opportunities to improve cash flow, inventory, and CAPEX performance.
• Support business transformation, operational improvement, and investment projects.
• Ensure strong financial governance through effective processes, controls, and cross functional collaboration.
• Involvement in regional and global activities projects.
