Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance/accounting/controlling or related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in Finance/Controlling/Accounting/Audit or similar role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into business insights.
• Experience in manufacturing finance, operations controlling, or cost accounting is an advantage.
• Advanced Excel skills and strong proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Fluent English with communication and stakeholder management skills.
