Job summary

DSM-Firmenich in Indonesia seeks a Plant Controller, Manager to act as a trusted finance business partner to plant leadership, driving performance and strategic decision-making through robust financial analysis.

You will support budgeting, forecasting, reporting and capital investment projects, ensure strong financial governance, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver operational excellence in a manufacturing environment. Fluent English required.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to translate data into business insights.
• Advanced Excel skills and strong proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Fluent English, with communication and stakeholder management skills.
• 2-5 years of experience in Finance, Controlling, Accounting, Audit, or a similar role.
• Experience in manufacturing finance, operations controlling, or cost accounting is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Act as the key finance business partner for plant management and support strategic decision-making.
• Assist budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and financial performance management.
• Identify and implement opportunities to improve cash flow, inventory, and CAPEX performance.
• Support business transformation, operational improvement, and investment projects.
• Ensure strong financial governance through effective processes, contraols, and cross functional collaboration.
• Involvement in regional and global activities projects.
