Job summary

dsm-firmenich in Indonesia is seeking a Plant Controller, Manager who will be a trusted finance business partner to the plant leadership, driving performance and supporting strategic decision-making through robust financial analysis.

You will lead budgeting, forecasting, and reporting, identify opportunities to improve cash flow, inventory, and CAPEX, and support business transformation and cross-functional initiatives across regional and global projects.

Qualifications

2–5 years of experience in Finance, Controlling, Accounting, Audit, or similar role.
Manufacturing finance, operations controlling, or cost accounting experience is advantageous.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into business insights.

Responsibilities

Act as the key finance business partner for plant management and support strategic decision-making.
Assist budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and financial performance management.
Identify and implement opportunities to improve cash flow, inventory, and CAPEX performance.
Support business transformation, operational improvement, and investment projects.
Ensure strong financial governance through processes, controls, and cross-functional collaboration.
Involvement in regional and global activities/projects.
