Archetype Group in Indonesia seeks a Senior Planner/Scheduler to develop and maintain the project master schedule aligned with contractual milestones. You will establish activities, durations, logic, milestones, and critical paths across architecture, civil, MEP, procurement, and commissioning.
The role requires 5–8 years of experience in project planning and scheduling within the construction industry, with strong English communication and the ability to coordinate across multiple disciplines.
Develop and maintain the overall project master schedule in accordance with project requirements and contractual milestones.
Prepare detailed baseline, master, detailed, and short-term construction schedules.
Review contractors' schedules and ensure alignment with the approved project schedule.
Establish project activities, durations, logic relationships, milestones, and critical paths.
Ensure proper integration of architectural, civil, structural, MEP, procurement, and commissioning activities.
Monitor actual project progress against the approved baseline schedule.
Collect and verify progress data from contractors and project disciplines.
Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports, dashboards, S-curves, and other planning reports.
Analyze planned versus actual progress and identify areas requiring corrective action.
Maintain accurate project progress records and schedule updates.
Identify critical activities, potential delays, schedule risks, and impacts on project completion.
Perform schedule analysis and recommend recovery or mitigation plans.
Review contractors' recovery schedules and acceleration programs.
Monitor key project milestones and provide early warning of potential schedule slippage.
Coordinate with the Contractor, Consultant, Client, and project disciplines regarding planning and progress issues.
Ensure consistency between the construction schedule, procurement schedule, design schedule, and commissioning plan.
Support the implementation of project control procedures and planning systems.
Monitor project performance against approved targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Maintain planning databases, progress measurement systems, and schedule documentation.
Prepare planning-related presentations and reports for Client and management meetings.
Ensure compliance with company procedures, project requirements, and applicable contractual obligations.
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Mechanical or related field.
Minimum 5–8 years of experience in project planning, scheduling, or project controls within the construction industry.
Experience in construction consultancy, PMC, or construction management is preferred.
Experience in building, infrastructure, industrial, or MEP projects is an advantage.
Good understanding of construction methodologies, project sequencing, and project management principles.
Good in English, both speaking and writing
