Job summary

Talent Insider seeks an experienced Project Manager for high-rise construction in Jakarta. You will lead planning, budgeting, and cross-functional teams from concept to completion, ensuring schedules align with client goals.

The role requires a decade of PM experience, PMP certification, and strong knowledge of MS Project or Primavera. Master’s degree is a plus, and LEED credit experience is desirable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Construction Management or related field; master's preferred.
• 10+ years of project management experience in high-rise construction.
• PMP certification is highly desirable; LEED a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Project or Primavera; strong construction software knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive project plans including scope, goals and deliverables.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate cross-functional project teams.
• Allocate and manage project resources; monitor availability and utilization.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimize impact.
• Ensure quality standards and regulatory compliance through regular inspections.

• Risk Management: Identify Potential Risks And Develop Mitigation Strategies. Monitor And Manage Project Risks Throughout Construction, Taking Proactive Steps To Minimize Their Impact On Project Timelines And Budgets.
• Quality Control: Maintain A Strong Focus On Quality Standards And Compliance With Building Codes And Regulations. Conduct Regular Inspections To Ensure Construction Meets The Highest Quality Standards.

Requirement

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
• Experience: A minimum of 10 years of project management experience, focusing on high-rise construction projects. Proven experience managing projects from concept to completion.
• Certifications: PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is highly desirable. LEED certification is a plus.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in project management software such as Microsoft Project or Primavera. Strong knowledge of construction management software and tools.
• Leadership: Exceptional leadership and team-building skills. Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate diverse project teams.
